I've been debating on whether or not to app this character I am logged in as right now, Vlad Masters/Plasmius. From looking at the information on the FAQ, the character app, and some of the characters that are already in the game, I understand there will be a power cap on them and frankly, this guy from the Danny Phantom universe is pretty powerful. He is able to transform from his human half to his ghost half with ease, he's able to fly, float in midair, use ectoplasmic beams, duplicate his form, etc. I think I would like to have him as a unicorn, since the alicorn species seems to only be descended to the exceptions like the Princesses.
Would his transition between his pony form and ghost pony form be acceptable? Edit: Oh! and to add, if he's allowed to go in his ghost form, could he have a different cutie mark?
