This might have already come up but what are your rules on ponies that don't have a lot of canon information? For example, I'd love to rp Lovestruck or Bon-Bon here, but they are pretty much just bg ponies, Lovestruck more so. Would a character like this be considered OC if we put our own canon/voice to them? Are they even allowed?
