So someone asked me a really interesting question and I couldn't find the answer anywhere. Would characters who get turned into normally non-speaking animals be able to understand their Equestrian brothers and sisters? Basically I was asked if Arcee could understand cat and I just said no to play it safe. BUT the thread ended up being reconned into something else so I figured I'd ask for an official answer now in case it ever comes up again.
